Sandhi is a small-production winery sourcing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from select vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills AVA. Covering just eight miles, the vines grow among a mix of marine sedimentary soils and oceanic winds that vary considerably from one plot to the next.

Evening Land’s Seven Springs Vineyard produces wine from the Eola-Amity Hills of Oregon. Seven Springs Vineyard is situated in the southeastern Eola-Amity Hills. Initially planted in the early 1980s, today the vineyard is home to ~90 acres of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay.

The Pacific Ocean breeze, volcanic soil, eastern exposure, and high elevation contribute to the natural preservation of the grapes’ acidity and enrich the wines with elegant flavors and minerality.
