Based in San Francisco, Brucato makes amaros using the produce, botanicals, and flavors of California. Each expression of Brucato reflects the spirit of a specific California landscape: Orchards, with apricot, black walnut and citrus; Woodlands, with elderberry, fig and cacao; and Chaparral, with yerba santa, anise and cardamom.
