Table 1) Abbazia, Lungarotti, Tedeschi

Abbazia di Novacella: Located in Alto Adige on the border with Austria, Abbazia was founded in 1142 by the Augustinian Order of Canons Regular. It is one of the oldest wineries in the world with over 850 years of winemaking experience. Still a functioning monastery today.

Lungarotti: A symbol of Umbrian enological excellence, Lungarotti has written the history of wine in Italy and around the world while establishing the DOC and DOCG designated areas for Umbria with their wines. Family-run still today. Two estates, one in Torgiano and one in Montefalco.

Tedeschi: The Tedeschi winery is located in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica. A life story in a vine: for four generations, we have sought to exemplify the value of our indigenous vines such as Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella. Famous for Valpolicella and Amarone.
